A Check or Money Order (Program cost $3,800)
This
will cover tuition, lodging, two meals a day and educational excursions
(except Santorini, which is optional). Travel to and from Greece is not
included. Please inquire for further information about the cost.
Please note that the entire participation fee goes towards the expenses of the program. The actual
cost of the program per student is significantly higher than your fee, but
thanks to our sponsors we are able to keep the costs at a
minimum. The DIAS organizers are volunteers who pay their own expenses. DIAS’ aim is to make the program cost free for the students, if
possible in the future.
DIAS
will not be in a position to know if a University will conclusively offer the
classes, which are advertised until June 15th (deadline for applications).
Depending on the number of students who apply for a particular class or for the
entire University (a minimum of 7 students per class) that class or the entire
program of a University might be cancelled. DIAS and the host University bear no
responsibility for these consequences. For this reason we recommend that each
student chooses an alternative set of classes in the same or other University.
We look forward to receiving your application and seeing you at the summer
program. If you have any questions about the application process or the entire
summer program do no hesitate to contact us. Please read the instructions
carefully.
